The best way to experience Carboy wines! Our wine club gives you access to early release and small-batch, limited production wines. We offer 3 different club levels. The Lode level is our most affordable level and focuses primarily on early release wines. The Mother Lode offers access to our small-batch, limited production wines plus early release wines. Adit 79 is limited to 50 members (by invitation only) who commit to $1,000 per year in club purchases.
There is no fee to join the club. You will purchase and receive your first club allocation of wine at time of sign-up. Then you will only be charged for the wines you purchase at each club release.
Club charges are automatically processed 3 times a year, generally in April, August and December as of 2022. - Lode: approx. $80-$120 per allocation - Mother Lode: approx. $200-$250 per allocation
In addition to access to our best wines, the following perks are included for all club members: - 20% discount on club wine purchases and all full-price Carboy wine by the glass, bottle or 1-liter Carboy fill at the tasting room (excludes happy hour) - 20% discount on all full-price Carboy retail merchandise - 2 complimentary tasting flights each quarter - 1 free glass of wine per membership account per month - 1 free Carboy growler (fill not included) - Club release events and tastings
Please send notice of cancellation in writing to club@carboywinery.com. You must email your request to cancel at least one week prior to a scheduled club release date to avoid being charged for the club release. Your first club allocation purchase, typically at time of sign-up, plus two additional club allocations (either local pick-up or shipments where available) are required prior to cancelling your membership to avoid a $100 early cancelation fee.
No, the Rewards card is no longer necessary. The Carboy Winery Rewards program ended as of September 1, 2021. Please download our app from the app store at Apple or Google Play to receive your 20% discount, complimentary flights and monthly free glass of wine.
You will be notified via email of each club release date. Please visit the tasting room on or after the release date at your convenience to pick up your club wines.
We will keep all club wines in stock and available at all tasting rooms for three months from the club release date. After three months, we will restock these wines and cannot guarantee availability. Substitutions may be necessary for wines picked up more than three months after the club release date.
Yes. You do not need to notify us if picking up one time at a different location. If you want to switch your preferred pick-up location to a different location, please email club@carboywinery.com
We will charge the credit card you provided for your first allocation of wine (usually within 1-3 business days). Please watch your email for an order receipt notification. Then you may pick up your wines at the tasting room. You will be charged for the most recent club release. If you want to change the wines in your first allocation, we can make changes to your order when you pick up the wines and charge/refund any cost difference to your credit card on file.

Shipments include the cost of the wines, tax and shipping. Shipping rates vary. Your order will automatically ship with UPS Ground shipping unless you select expedited shipping.
We will notify you of the anticipated shipping date (usually on or within 1-2 business days of the time of transaction). Shipments are generally sent on Mondays or Tuesdays to get your shipment to you as quickly as possible.
An adult age 21+ must be present to sign for delivery. UPS will make several delivery attempts before returning the shipment to us. You are responsible for any fees for returned shipments.
You may request to hold your shipment for up to 3 months or pick up locally at a tasting room if you will be in CO. Please email club@carboywinery.com to request a hold or local pick-up. After your shipment is processed and picked up by UPS, we are unable to cancel or change your shipment. Please contact UPS to reroute your shipment to a UPS store location. You are responsible for any fees for rerouted shipments.
