TO MAKE THIS DISH YOU WILL NEED:
1 piece grilled salmon (6oz or so).
25 C steamed edamame
2 sliced shiitake mushrooms, steeped in miso broth
.25 C rehydrated wakame seaweed
2 TB chopped green onions
.5 tsp toasted sesame seeds
2 C steamed white rice
1 soft boiled egg
10 oz miso broth
1 qt water
2 tsp hon dashi powder
1 TB soy sauce
2 TB white miso paste
Bring water to a boil, add remaining ingredients, stir until combined.
Put rice into bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Ladle in broth.
Top with green onions / sesame seed.
Enjoy. Go snowboarding like a boss.
