From there, you’ll wind through our working winery, gaining an insider’s look at our winemaking process and tasting wines straight from the barrel. Dive deep into the world of wine with a winemaker-led tour through Carboy Winery at Mt. Garfield Estate. Enjoy tasting through a selection of wines as you learn about the history of wine and various methods of wine production. Experience a unique viewpoint into Colorado’s premier sparkling wine production facility. Tour the winery and vineyards, then take a peek behind the curtain as you taste wine straight from the fermentation tank (when available) and see first hand how sparkling wine is made.
