Cindy joined the Carboy team in 2019 opening the Denver location. She is a sales and operations management professional with an extensive background in business development, hospitality, and guest service. Born and raised in New Orleans, her enthusiasm and passion for cuisine, hospitality, and community come naturally. In 2016 she obtained her Executive Sommelier Certification and decided to devote her career to the wine industry.
