Chief Operations Officer
Jason is involved with all facets of beverage and wine operations for Carboy Winery, including training and supervising wine specialists and working with the winemaking team. He is originally from Connecticut where he was a long-time bartender before taking his knowledge and expertise into management and consulting roles for Eat Justice Hospitality before moving to Colorado in 2015. He is a USBG-certified Advanced Bartender, a graduate of the prestigious B.A.R. 5 Day program, a former competitor at the national level in the elite Diageo World Class competition, and currently serves on the Colorado Bartenders Guild Board as an advisor. Jason brings a limitless passion for all things beverage and hospitality to the Carboy team, but also loves his family, travel, and spending time enjoying a variety of outdoor activities.
