Kellen’s enthusiasm for wine grew from a side hobby into a career change from healthcare administration and marketing when he earned the W.S.E.T. Level 3 Award in Wine in spring 2019. He then joined the Carboy Winery family as a Wine Specialist with the opening of Carboy in 2019 opening the Denver location. He enjoys meeting guests and creating a relaxed, fun wine tasting experience in our tasting rooms. Kellen has also provides wine education for staff at all the Carboy Winery locations and our family of restaurants (Logan Street Restaurant & Bar, Angelo’s Taverna and Ivy on 7th). He stepped into additional roles as Wine Club Manager and Corporate Trainer in January 2021. Kellen can be found in any of the Carboy Winery tasting rooms ready to talk wine for hours.
