Remy was born and raised in the Denver area but discovered a love and appreciation for wine in Boulder, Colorado shortly after graduating from college. In 2016 he moved to Santa Rosa, California for the duration of his first wine harvest, which cemented his passion for winemaking. Shortly afterwards, he relocated to Portland, Oregon where he worked at many different wineries in the Willamette Valley in both tasting rooms and wine cellars. In January of 2022 he returned to his hometown to work for Carboy Winery where he is thrilled to be involved in an up and coming wine region in his home state that he loves so much.
