For this recipe you will need:
Saku Cut Yellowfin Tuna
Tuna Mayo (Recipe Follows)
Ginger Soy (Recipe Follows)
Avocado
Fresh Jalapeno
Toasted Garlic
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Tuna Mayo
1 Jalapeno, No Seeds, Diced
1 small shallot, minced
1 TB Togarashi spice
1 TB Soy sauce
.5 C Japanese Mayonnaise
1 TB Kosher salt
Put all ingredients in food processor, pulse until smooth
Ginger Soy
1 TB chopped fresh garlic
.5 bunch sliced green onions
2 TB chopped fresh ginger
1 C soy sauce
.5 C balsamic vinegar
.25 C honey
Blend together all ingredients.
Let sit 1 hour.
Strain.
