Due to the overwhelming number of donation requests, we ask you to note the following procedural items:
– We do not donate to school events as it is in direct conflict with our policy of under-age drinking and promotion.
– We are usually pre-committed 3-6 months in advance.
– If we are able to honor your request, we will contact you via the email address you provide below and arrange for completion of your forms and pick-up or delivery of any items donated.
– Allow 3-4 weeks for Carboy Winery to review your request for donation. Please be patient. We are working on it, we promise!
– A copy of the organization’s 501(c)3 non-profit designation letter
– Brief statement defining the mission of your organization (this must be provided)
