Winemaker's Notes

At Carboy Winery, we work hand in hand with select growers to produce outstanding wines that are a representation of the unique regions in which we work. The climatically diverse growing region of Walla Walla Valley is home to some of the oldest plantings in the region. The unique soils and cobblestone riverbeds yield grapes of great depth of character. This balanced, full-bodied blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc, and 15% Petit Verdot is a classic left-bank inspired wine, exhibiting vibrant fruit, bold tannins, and a long elegant finish.
