Welcome to the first iteration of our Grand Valley dessert wine. For this exploratory vintage, our Colorado-grown Malbec was selected, monitored for retention of acidity, harvested at ideal ripeness, and then frozen. As thawing ensued, whole clusters were loaded into the press, where the sweeter fraction of Malbec juice was collected and set aside for our newest creation. With just 768 bottles produced, we recommend pairing this wine with compelling conversation and post-meal joviality.
