Winemaker's Notes

Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon dominate our 2020 Horse Heaven Hills red blend, with a solid, fruit-forward foundation of fresh boysenberry, and cassis, with subtle notes of flint. Firm, approachable tannins are enhanced on the medium bodied palate with Syrah’s notes of pepper and black tea, with a mouth-filling texture. Nuances of leather, toasted oak and brown spice linger on the red blend’s long finish.
