Winemaker's Notes

Traminette is one of a few cold-hardy hybrid grape varieties that have shown immense promise. A cross between the French/American hybrid, Joannes Seyve 23.416 and the Vitis vinifera grape, Gewürztraminer, Traminette exhibits fresh floral and spicy notes similar to that of it’s German/Alsatian parent with expressive fruit flavors on the palate.
