Winemaker's Notes

Aged for 18 months in neutral French oak. Our flagship wine hearkens to that of a Right Bank Bordeaux style blend. Vin ‘59 claim 20 opens with bright aromas of black cherry, hibiscus and anise. On the palate, mixed berry compote meets savory earth notes of crushed walnut and wet slate with with a soft floral presence that fades into a balanced finish.
